4 Brick Court
Brief:
Paston Chase were asked to informally tender to replace the current ageing website.
The brief was to create to create an advanced highly functional website, synonymous with being a leader in their sector.
Key objectives included, clear market positioning, generation of new business, supported existing clients relationships, barrister CVs to be easily updated, collated and sent as HTML emails to potential clients as well presented PDF attachments.
A well structured Articles area that can be easily updated, with the option to send proactive update alerts via email to profiled clients and subscribers.
Solution:
The Paston Chase approach was to fully document the details of the requirements and agree these with 4 Brick Court. From there a fixed price proposal and plan were produced.
By approaching the project in a such a thorough and comprehensive manner, relationships and understandings were quickly built with the Barrister and practice management members. This generated a clear common perspective of what was to be delivered and the best way to deliver it.
Result:
Although competing against well established competition in this sector, 4 Brick Court chose Paston Chase because of their ability to tailor a bespoke solution specific to their needs, at a competitive price. The short listed competitors were offering a more expensive fixed function package.
The customer testimonial says the rest!
“Paston Chase offered us everything we were looking for from our website development partner, namely, quality, value and service. From the outset, the selection panel were impressed by the approach Paston Chase developed with this set of Barristers chambers.
Everything that was promised in the initial spec was delivered, on time and within budget. In addition, the working relationship throughout the duration of the project was first class, as has been the post delivery service. In our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend Paston Chase as a website partner.
