Photostatic
Brief:
To create a replacement website that was visually appealing and can be easily updated with new information and product ranges.
To improve the performance of the website in search engines.
To provide a support centre where customers can access drivers and manuals.
To create a self service system where contract customers can provide usage and meter readings online.
Solution:
Following an initail consultation, the principles of the new design concept where established, based on this a graphical concept was produced adapted and approved.
Content management administration templates where designed in consultation with Photostatic, providing the flexibility and functuonality required to enable Photostatic to promote and service their customer base.
Training was provided to Photostatic personnel to enable them to perform search engine optimisation and add, update and maintain the content on the website.
Result:
The new website was launched on Wednesday 9th July 2008, we look forward to the feedback Photostatic receive and will work closely with them to monitor its performance.
