Brief:

To make the wide range of high quality, but often unknown real ales, being produced in British micro-breweries accessible to a much larger audience of discerning drinkers and available to purchase online.

To create an online Real Ale Club building a sense of community that generates regular repeat business. 

Solution:

A customised online shopping experience was created. It provides a high a high quality buying experience. Customers are retained with a high level of repeat orders, through effective email marketing campaigns using an integrated email marketing system and  easy handling of repeat orders.

Result:

The Ale Club has proved popular with customers. Business is growing year on year with repeat orders operating at a high level.

The email marketing system is working well in generating incremental business and ensuring the brand remains highly visible.  

Paston Chase were asked to make Real Ale Limited website, http://www.realale.com, a fully operational e-commerce site which encompasses simple ordering of ale products, ale club membership, gift & wish lists capability, an events diary and numerous high-level analytical functions.
