Travel Centre
Brief:
To replace an existing website with a new one which is destination focused.
To position Travel Centre as a value added travel agent, that does not sell directly on-line, as they offer high quality advice tailored to each customers needs.
To build a system with an integrated online marketing system to proactively keep in touch with existing and perspective clients.
Solution:
A fully updateable website was created, with graphical headers to create the appropriate destination and customer profile themes.
An online membership club was created with incentives, each member profiles themselves using the on-line marketing system and is then only sent information that matches their interest profile. This information can be sent electonically using well formatted emails linked to offers and information on the website.
