Watsons
Brief:
Paston Chase did some initial on-line market research showing that the Right Move website listings and the current Watsons websites were not covering the full market opportunity in terms of responding to the relevant searches being performed in the search engines.
This provided the initiative to create a brief.
To create website that would be easily found in search engines, providing a comprehensive on-line marketing service for residential and commercial properties.
To provide comprehensive search facilities with the ability to shortlist properties and request details of the shortlisted properties.
To be "zero" administration on maintaining property details. I.e. information is automatically uploaded directly from each branch location each evening and automatically updated in the website.
Interactive maps for the county and city locations to enable searches within the website to be performed at a highly detailed level.
Solution:
Following detailed analysis a fixed price proposal was produced and accepted by the client.
Designs were provided for the website.
Data feeds were established with each branch.
The maps and search criteria were created and hooked into the branch data-feeds.
Result:
Watsons now have a website that carries their new branding and highly comprehensive search facilities.
The administrative effort involved in maintaining the website with property details has been reduce to almost nothing. Property details are far more up to date and accurate as the system automatically updates every 24 hours without the need for any re-keying of information.
Watsons have a system that demonstrates the superior service their clients expect and receive.
